On-The-Day Coordination
On-the-day coordination is a must have for peace of mind, ensuring that your wedding will be perfectly coordinated with everything in the right place at the right time. By allowing us to focus on your suppliers, wedding party and guests you will be able to relax and enjoy your day - happy in the knowledge that everything is under control. Your personal wedding coordinator will be on hand to oversee supplier set-ups and will be available until the beginning of the wedding breakfast.
This service include a detailed meeting 3 weeks prior to your big day during which we will go through the handover process aswell as supplier confirmations. Full email resources and support will be available for your use in the run up to your wedding day and the use of our 'survival kit' is part of the service.
6-week Countdown
The final six weeks before your wedding are when the nerves begin to show, most of your plans will be in place and by handing over the last-minute planning of your wedding to one of our professional coordinators you will have peace of mind. This will allow you to enjoy the excitement of the final few weeks whilst knowing that everything is being looked after on your behalf. Following a detailed handover meeting your coordinator will attend to every detail, finalising all of your arrangements. This service includes timeline, support and venue and supplier management, assistance with last minute organisational details, unlimited email resources and support aswell as On-the-day coordination.
Full wedding coordination
For couples with busy lifestyles planning the most important day of their lives can be very stressful and time consuming. By hiring Postscript Events we can take away that stress, allowing couples to enjoy the planning process.
Unlike many wedding planners we do not take a percentage of your overall budget for full wedding coordination.
During your complimentary consultation we will spend time getting to know you and working out what you would like to achieve in regards to your wedding. This initial consultation will allow us to plan the perfect day for you and we will use this information to create a concept proposal and a price for our services. Many couples have a rough idea of how they envisage their wedding and we can help turn these ideas into a detailed plan, other couples have no idea what they would like for their big day and we can use the information from your consultation to help you decide what your dream day would be like, and our coordination services to turn those dreams into reality.
Our coordinators have a great deal of experience which would allow us to suggest personal and individual design touches to make every aspect of your day perfect and unique. The full wedding coordination service includes budget planner, timeline management, colour scheme and theming (your big day concept), supplier and venue sourcing and management, wedding rehersal management, On-the-day coordination and unlimited support for the couple and the wedding party. This service is for those of you who have made your plans and organised your decorations but want to know that there is somebody available to set up all of your decor and ensure that everything is exactly how you want it. Our venue decoration service is designed so that you can enjoy your wedding day preparations happy in the knowledge that one our our expert coordinators is putting together all of the beautiful touches you have organised. This service is 3 hours long and will involve a wedding coordinator and two team members.
Event Coordination
